Adflex PushPay is a straight-through processing (STP) service that makes commercial credit card acceptance simple and is perfect for buying organisations who want to maintain complete control over B2B spend while benefitting from the efficiencies offered by a card, such as protecting working capital. The process is simple: the buyer initiates a payment instruction and PushPay executes the transaction, eliminating the risk of fraud and making fully automated payments a reality.
Buyers can issue payment instructions directly from their back-office ERP system via an API call or SFTP. Alternatively, PushPay can work with existing virtual card services, including the issuance of card details via secure email. For buyers who prefer the manual touch, PushPay also has an online portal for invoice and payment approval.
Once a payment is processed, PushPay returns transaction results via email, API or SFTP to streamline accounts payable processes. PushPay will also issue an email remittance to the supplier's accounts receivable department, which can utilise a buyer's brand guidelines and language preferences.
Participating suppliers only need a merchant ID (MID) and do not handle sensitive card data. To help, Adflex partners with many global acquiring banks and can work with existing accounts or support new applications. Additionally, PushPay supports large ticket transactions to address legacy ceiling limits.
